Stainless Steel Hex Bolts
Aman Engineering Corporation are manufacturers and exporters of stainless steel hex bolt manufacturer and we produce the bolts in different stainless steel materials in India. The most used materials are the 18/8 grade austenitic stainless steel ones. There are hex bolts and Stainless Steel Heavy Hex Bolts that are used in most applications. All of these materials have carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and 18% chromium with 8% nickel in the composition.
This material composition can slightly change based on the different grades. The Stainless Steel Hex Head Bolts have good torque strength and they are easy to install with tools. There are applications that need much corrosion resistance such as the sea water applications and marine engineering applications. These use the 316 SS Hex Bolts as the 316 material is resistant to chloride iron stress corrosion cracking. The 316 bolts have molybdenum in the composition which gives them the unique properties. But the SS 304 Hex Bolts are the most used ones because they have considerable strength, corrosion resistance and they are cost effective.
